An Apology & Thank You.
Greetings Vetiver Fans!
Hello again friends. This letter is to inform everyone that we will be taking a small break starting today September 24th until October 7th, 2018. All previous orders will be fulfilled during this time. This is not a vacation but rather an opportunity we are taking to get caught up before the holiday season begins.
First I'd like to apologize to our customers who have purchased items from us in the last few months. Vetiver recently moved from Indiana to Kentucky so I could have a bigger support system for my business and my well being. Unfortunately the move alone was not enough. After we relocated my health took a turn for the worst which caused me to be hospitalized a few times.
Normally I wouldn't write to our customers about this concern but I am currently the only employee of Vetiver Aromatics. I've been slow to respond to messages and even at times too sick to get orders out on time regularly. The good news is that I'm on the mend. I've also hired in some extra holiday help so we can get back to full operations soon.
Second I would like to thank everyone of our loyal customers for being understanding and patient during this time. I have big dreams for Vetiver and I hope to unveil them in the new year! To thank everyone Vetiver is offering a 20% off discount code until the end of October. Please use discount [ spookysavings18 ] at checkout to save big on your next order with us!
Also please note that rush orders are unavailable for the time being. Any previously purchased rush order fees will be refunded. We hope that everyone has a wonderful month and we hope that you can forgive us for being ill prepared for this unexpected turn of events. We sincerely wish that we can recover quickly and be back to our standard of operations. Thank you again for your support!
