Holiday Fulfillment Schedule
As always we like to update our customers on expected wait times and delivery times. Starting today Monday November 20th - Friday December 22nd, fulfillment times will be 3-7 business days on average to ship out your order. We hope to have all order out with in 2-3 business days but if we get busier it may take longer to fulfill your order. If you need your order in a hurry we suggest adding a Rush Order to your cart. This is a $10 dollar fee that puts your order on top of the pile and it becomes the next to fulfill. We complete all rush orders first, then first come first serve on all other orders. We try to have your package out the same day but with the holidays that is not guaranteed. Once your order is fulfilled your shipping carrier and speed will determine how quickly your order gets to you.

Fed-ex (all perfumer's alcohol orders)

* Worldwide: 1-5 business days
We recommend that all international orders are placed by Monday December 4th, and all domestic orders placed by December Any orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed to reach you before the holiday. We ask that you please (pretty please) double check your shipping address with us before placing your order. An incorrect address or one not verified by Google Maps can cause a severe delay in getting your order shipped to you. If you need to contact us please do so as soon as possible. We are very busy during this time but will try to respond as quickly as possible. Vetiver will be on Vacation December 23rd to 27th, and then fromDecember 30th - January 2nd. We will not be open or available to handle any communication or orders during this time.
