We also would like to apologize for a mistake made on our Rosewood label. It is labeled as a Base note, but in reality it is a Heart Note. Unfortunately we did not have time to catch our mistake before the holiday. I would like to send out a special thank you to the customer that helped us spot that mistake.
Whether you are saving this weekend to spend on your family or just want to help those in need, we hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!
If you are an international customer we recommend that you get your order in absolutely no later than Monday December 5th. Remember that sometimes things can get stuck in customs so its best to prepare for that time. If you order past that date we will still try to get your order out to you asap, but we cannot promise it will arrive in time. You are really putting a lot of trust in the post office after that!
If you are a USA customer we recommend that you get your order in no later than December 19th. After that Vetiver cannot promise your order will be shipped in time for Christmas. Our last day of work this year will be Thursday December 22rd. This will also be the last day to pick up a local order. Please call a head of time if you plan to do so.
After that Vetiver will be on holiday and will not be back in the office until Monday January 5th. No orders will be shipped during this time. No email or phone calls will be returned until we do, and our Amazon store will be on Vacation as well.
Rush orders can help speed along the processing of your order! If you purchase a rush order then your order will be put on the top of the pile to be fulfilled next. During the holidays a lot of rush orders go out and we fulfill them on a first come, first serve basis. Because of the quantity we receive during this time, we cannot ensure all packages will be taken to the post office the same day however. Please also note this service does not affect your shipping speed.
