Sandalwood Mythology
Sandalwood oil comes from a beautiful, sacred, and aromatic Indian tree. It has been used since ancient times to adorn temple doors and religious statues for over 2000 years. In India, Sandalwood was also burned in death rites in the funeral pyres of the wealthy. Egyptians were known to use it as an ingredient in their embalming formulas as well. It was prized by Chinese and Tibetan healers for its medicinal properties. Buddhist monks used this perfume oil to anoint themselves to increase awareness and transform their desires.

All our synthetic fragrance notes are premium grade, alcohol-free, phthalate-free, and undiluted. We work hard to ensure that your perfume ingredients are top-quality, highly concentrated, and will mix neatly with both alcohol and oil bases. These are not ready to wear as fragrances – they MUST be diluted before applying directly to skin. It is always a good idea to do a patch test for allergies, with both natural and synthetic materials. And of course – do not eat the oils. No matter how yummy they may smell.
Note: Although these are phthalate-free, they are NOT non-toxic. Don't eat them. Don't drink them. Patch test on skin. Dilute before wearing.

beautiful aroma, perfect creamy sweet
This sandalwood note is absolutely fantastic. It can initially come across as deceptively light but the creamy sandalwood richness that this brings to compositions is as good as anything I smell in the professional niche market. Gorgeous stuff.
The smell of this oil is really nice but my vial smelled very light. Im used to these scent being troublesome and getting everywhere but I can barely smell it undiluted on my skin.

Sandalwood smells amazing. I am very happy with the scent as well as the delivery time. The only objection is the shipping cost. I had my cart full but realized the shipping cost was crazy high. I took everything out and only ordered this to see if it was even worth it. Other than that, good product.
